This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or interact with the pre-launch website at bot4all.io (the “Site”). bot4all is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information with transparency and care. By visiting our Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, including:

• Email address
• Name (optional)
• Company name (optional)

This is the only personal information we intentionally collect at this stage.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically receive basic technical information from AWS Amplify and related AWS services, which may include:

• IP address (in short-lived or anonymized log form)
• Browser type and version
• Device type
• Pages viewed and time spent on the Site
• Diagnostic and performance data

We do not use marketing pixels or advertising cookies. AWS may place strictly necessary cookies to ensure essential site functionality.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8X32EPKBR8) to understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. Analytics is loaded with consent mode set to "denied" by default — no analytics cookies or measurement data are sent to Google until you accept via the cookie banner.

When you accept, Google Analytics may collect:

• A pseudonymous client identifier stored in cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_*)
• Pages viewed, referrer, and session activity
• Approximate location (country/region) derived from IP — Google Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address
• Device, browser, operating system, and language

We do not enable Google Signals, advertising features, or cross-device tracking. Ad-related consent categories (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) remain denied regardless of your choice.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for bot4all.io, or by using browser-level "Do Not Track" / privacy controls. Declining analytics has no impact on access to the Site.

Cookies and Local Storage

The Site uses the following client-side storage:

• Strictly necessary: a localStorage entry (google-analytics-consent) that records your cookie banner choice so we don't ask again on each visit.
• Analytics (optional, consent required): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) set only after you accept.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Waitlist communication: sending updates, product announcements, and early access invitations.
• Operating the Site: ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
• Improving our platform: understanding interest and demand for bot4all features.
• Compliance and legal obligations: maintaining records as required by applicable laws (e.g., GDPR).

We do not: sell your personal information, rent or trade your data to advertisers, or use your personal data to train AI models. Your email address is used only to communicate with you about bot4all.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information only with trusted service providers essential to operating the Site:

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

The Site is hosted via AWS Amplify and related AWS services (CloudFront, S3, etc.). AWS processes technical and log data on our behalf in accordance with its contractual terms and GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum where applicable.

Google (Google Analytics 4)

If you consent to analytics, Google LLC (and Google Ireland Ltd. for EEA/UK visitors) processes pseudonymous usage data on our behalf as described above. Data transfers outside the EEA are covered by Google's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data practices for details.

We may also disclose information if required to:

• Comply with applicable laws or lawful requests
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of bot4all, our users, or others

We do not share personal information with marketing or advertising partners.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Waitlist data: retained until product launch or until you request deletion.
• AWS technical logs: retained for short periods strictly for security, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
• Contact messages: retained until your inquiry is resolved.
• Google Analytics data: user and event data are retained for a maximum of 14 months, after which they are automatically deleted by Google.
• Consent record: stored locally in your browser until you clear site data.

If we transition from pre-launch to a full platform, we will update this policy and notify users as required.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or updates
• Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”)
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

6. Data Security

We apply robust security measures appropriate to the risk, including:

• Monitoring, logging, and incident response procedures
• Minimization of data collection to what is necessary

AWS maintains certifications and compliance programs (ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR tools). However, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child under 16 submitted information, contact us to request deletion.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or services. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If material changes occur, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email where feasible.
